Krasny has collaborated with Weinberg for nearly 20 years, including on programs for the International Trademark Association, the leading international trade group for brand owners and trademark lawyers. She spent the last 13 years as Principal at Baker & McKenzie as a key member of the firm's Global Intellectual Property Practice Group, where she collaborated with corporate and tax attorneys on global IP-centered transactions and frequently spoke internationally on intellectual property matters. She was previously a Partner at McDermott, Will & Emery. Krasny earned her law degree at Northwestern University and her undergraduate degree from Vassar College.
Among other honors, Krasny has been featured in Euromoney's "Guide to the World's Leading Women in Business Law," and "Guide to the World's Leading Trademark Lawyers."
