Work is currently underway in both Brooklyn and Manhattan outlets. The Midtown Manhattan location is in the midst of the world's largest concentration of architect and designer firms. Many have been doing business with us over the years. We will now be in closer proximity to that important client base as well as serving the city's fashion-conscious and affluent consumers.
The entire Duro Design product line and its industry-best array of 300 custom colors will now be available to the largest concentration of consumers in the U.S. and its reviving construction market, which will drive revenues past the $10 million mark.
Following the New York area, the company will be branching out to key markets in California including Los Angeles, San Francisco, East Bay and Marin Country, where local lifestyles and environmentally conscious demand means prioritizing a strong presence.
The company operates a unique proprietary production chain of LEED standard flooring that will easily supply its new network of 36 factory outlets and associated resellers as well as its business of supplying an institutional market that includes museums, churches and retail store chains. With these networks, the company feels it will be in a strong leadership position to secure a 3% share of the United States and Canadian specialty flooring market niches, valued at as much as $150 Million in revenues annually.
New construction and renovations, whether by individuals, professionals, or larger commercial construction companies, will likely look to a new LEED standard in flooring, a standard in which we have been a leader for over a decade.
