(OTCQB: UNRH), today announced that its Russian operating subsidiary, 494 UNR, a leading commercial and residential real estate developer and construction contractor, operating principally in the city of Moscow and its suburban communities, has begun the sale of parking spaces in Phase 11 of its Nemchinovka Development, which is located in close proximity to the city of Moscow.
There are spaces available for nearly 300 automobiles. They range in size from 159 sq. feet to 213 sq. feet, with the selling prices ranging from US$21,700 to US$24,400 per parking space.
494 UNR expects gross revenue of nearly US$7,000,000 from the sale of parking spaces in the Nemchinovka Development, Phase 11.
