CORONA, Calif., April 8, 2013 -- Extreme Biodiesel (OTC Pink: BRKM) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into discussions with another current client to develop a strategy for acquisition, in an effort to further expand its corporate presence in the biofuels marketplace.
Promethean Biofuels is a Cooperative Corporation, which in addition to the standard waste collection services they provide; also run a membership based cooperative program. With the exception of the used motor oil and waste vegetable oil collection programs, Promethean Biofuel's products and services are only available to members of the Cooperative.
The numerous benefits that members have access to include: a reduction in the cost of purchasing for resale, everyday business use, and for personal needs. Also available to members are the Company's line of industrial products and fuels; by design of equal or better quality than national brands, including methanol, solvents, surfactants, adjuvants, and ion exchange resins, and other chemicals used in the production of biofuels or biomass-based chemicals.
Promethean operates a manufacturing business that produces biofuels and "earth-friendly" industrial chemicals and fertilizers, and strives to provide members with high quality products at substantially lower prices and also offers consulting services in the industrial waste processing and biofuels production arena. Promethean is known for carrying top quality national and regional brands of chemicals, with 100% satisfaction guaranteed, at prices consistently below traditional wholesale or retail outlets.
"This relationship between Extreme Biodiesel and Promethean has flourished over the past several years, with talks of an acquisition having taken root several months ago. This is an outstanding opportunity to expand the Company in the industry with a means to enter into a cooperative environment through an established company with over 300 existing clients. This addition to Extreme Biodiesel, we anticipate, can be another solid revenue generating venue for the Company" stated Joe Spadafore , Corporate Secretary of Extreme Biodiesel.
