(OTC Pink: FDMF) confirms it has signed a $10,000,000 Reserve Equity Financing Facility (REF) Letter of Intent Term Sheet from Redline International, a US based private investment fund, subject to such financing being registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as other conditions.
