"We felt like we wanted to celebrate with the people of Columbus because we've already brought so much innovation to Columbus," said Bob Merola, Capaciti Networks' Chief Technology Officer. "Our Wi-Fi networks offer breaking record speeds with downloads of over 100 Mbps to a smart phone and over 200 Mbps to a laptop in the Columbus network."
Another Columbus-based initiative is Capaciti's "Bid for Better Broadband" program which allows business customers to name the price for the premium plan of their choice, from basic business-class broadband all the way up to enterprise solutions.
"We're celebrating the launch of the 'Bid for Better Broadband' Program with Columbus as our first market to introduce this innovative way of purchasing broadband services," said Dave Dwyer, Business Development Manager of Capaciti. "I'm happy the people of Columbus can enjoy our amazing Wi-Fi network free of charge for the holidays."
