Webster has spent the last three years as V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Ronco, most notably transforming the decades-old brand to reflect its new lifestyle brand mantra -- healthy, delicious food made easy.
For more than fifteen years, Webster has been applying her various talents in the consumer product goods (CPG) industry, working with large brands and retailers such as Disney, Mattel, Seiko, Visa, Walmart, and Target. Her experience consists of marketing, sales, product development, and creative direction. Webster is a passionate marketer with leadership experience in acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing. During her time at Ronco, she has become a true ambassador for the brand, embracing Ronco's brand promise across all sales channels and marketing strategies.

Webster has applied those same principles to Ronco, turning the brand from a product-centric company known for its infomercials to one built around the current consumer, market trends and product quality; all Ronco's innovative products now meet the brand's promise of healthy, delicious food made easy. Under Webster's direction, Ronco's sales have doubled since 2011, and its distribution has expanded beyond direct response to include national brick-and-mortar retailers such as Target, Kohl's, Sears, Kmart, Costco, Sam's Club, and Kitchen Collection, as well as online retailers, catalogs and live shopping channels.
Besides a proven track record as a leader in the CPG industry, Webster exemplifies the essence of entrepreneurship. Prior to Infusion Brands, Webster applied all of her CPG experience by designing, developing and bringing to market her own product, DRINKiD, which continues to be sold at national retail chains.
