Lithium Exploration Group Inc. (OTCQB: LEXG) today announces that the Austrian pump that is to be modified to become the oil treatment unit has arrived in Houston. Machining to modify the pump to become a SonCav ultrasonic generator will begin immediately with a four to six week completion schedule. This pump has exactly the same dimensions as the water unit that was completed earlier this year, which will make the turnaround time much quicker than the time spent on the original unit.
The SonCav team has been working with their manufacturing partner through the summer to complete the fully assembled water treatment unit. The design has been completed and they are only waiting on one component before moving the testing unit to the field. Information about the technology and some of SonCav's "green" initiatives can be found at www.soncav.com.
"We are extremely excited that the machining can begin to finish this oil treatment unit," commented CEO Alex Walsh. "The ability to field test this oil unit at the same time that we are field testing the water unit in Texas gives us a unique opportunity; not only will we validate the 'real world' applications but we will also be able to gather irrefutable data that we can use to move our business forward on both the water and oil treatment fronts. The lead time on completion is a mere four to six weeks so we are already making preparations to receive the unit in Canada in order for testing to begin immediately upon its arrival."
